Resort policies
A few things to look over and consider when making your
reservation at Timber Trail Lodge. If you have any

Resort Deposits,
Payments & Fees
Deposits: A deposit of 50% of rate for the accommodations
is required to guarantee a reservation. Payment in full is
required upon check-in. Cabins, campsites, and rental equipment
will be charged for the entire time reserved. No refunds.
Deposits will be refunded only if the cabin, kitchenette, or
campsite is cancelled 60 days prior to reservation and the
accommodation or campsite is rented to another party at full
rental price, minus a $25.00 service fee.
We acept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, money orders, travelers
checks, and cash. We will accept personal checks only if
received within 10 days of the date reservation was made and 30
days in advance of reservation.
Rates & Fees:
Rates quoted in all our brochures and online are subject to
Minnesota and local taxes. Accommodation rates are subject to
6.5% sales tax, 3% lodging tax and 3% service fee.
All rates are subject to change without notice.
Outfitting
Deposits & Cancellations
A deposit of $100 for partial outfitting, $50
per person for complete outfitting is required to hold a
reservation. Deposits, minus permit and camping fees, will be
refunded less a service charge of $35 if the trip is cancelled
30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. No refunds will be made
for reservations cancelled less than 30 days in advance of your
trip. if you return early from your trip, we will refund the
amount of unused days lss one day. No refund on food,
transportation or lodging. All rates quoted are subjected to
state and local taxes. Rates are subject to change without
notice.
Pet
Policy
Note: While most of our
cabins are pet friendly some have restrictions. Please
view our cabin descriptions for individual pet policies.

We welcome quiet,
well-behaved pets. Noisy dogs and pets with antisocial
behavior are not welcome.

Pets must be on a leash and under control at
all times.

You must clean up pet wastes. Pets may be
walked in designated non-use area. Pets are not allowed in
beach area.

You are expected to remove all pet hair from
the cabin before departure. If your pet is used to being on
the furniture, please bring a blanket for it to lie on.

You will be financially responsible for all
damage caused by your pet.

Pet Fee: $10.00 per day, per pet.
Campground: $5.00 per day, per pet.
You will be asked to board your pet in an area
kennel if this policy is not followed.
